Based on the manga written and illustrated by Misaki Takamatsu and produced by P.A. Works (also known for Buddy Daddies), Skip and Loafer has been a nominal, wholesome favorite this past season. So we unpack what it is about this story that has us rooting for Mitsumi, Shima, and their electric group of friends.
