
Destined to become one of the most talked about (most memed) films to debut in 2023, the Greta Gerwig directed Barbie has already had it’s fair share of buzz over it’s mere existence. From some fantastically colorful set photos, to the teaser trailer that gave us just flashes of Ryan Gosling’s Ken, to today’s extensive drop of character posters, the marketing team is doing a superb job on selling audiences the film. In the first full-length trailer, we get a better look at the tone and humor of the film, as well as getting to see more of the excellent set and costume design.

After being expelled from Barbieland for being a less than perfect-looking doll, Barbie sets off for the human world to find true happiness.
Margot Robbie stars as the titular character alongside the aforementioned Gosling as Ken. Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Simu Liu, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Ncuti Gatwa, America Ferrera, and more also star. Gerwig penned the script alongside Noah Baumbach. Mark calendars now, with this and Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer scheduled for release on the same day, it’s gearing up to be one of the more fun release days of the upcoming year.
