This week on Rookie Pirate Radio, special guests Allyson Johnson and Kayla Lupoli join us to discuss Hell’s Paradise, a new Shonen anime produced by MAPPA and based on the hit manga (Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku). Kayla has been reviewing weekly episodes of Hell’s Paradise and also read the entire manga, so we have a great roundtable discussing what we like, dislike, and want to see more of as the season progresses. The anime (which is three episodes in at the time of this recording) is currently available to watch on Crunchyroll. And we end this week’s show with a few anime recommendations for Galaxy Next Door, Oshi no Ko, Skip and Loafer, and more.
