There’s a lot to cover in House of the Dragon 2×02, titled “Rhaenyra the Cruel.” On this week’s House of the Dragon After Show, Jose Cordova and I go over the biggest moments from the episode, and then we choose our sides: Team Black or Team Green.
We’re once again in the aftermath of a child murder, but this time, Daemon’s responsible. As Alicent and the rest of Team Green struggle to connect in the wake of such a tragedy, Rhaenyra confronts Daemon, Jace and Baela grow closer, and Otta’s about had it with everyone.
Note: we really don’t like Criston Cole! And talk about that extensively in this podcast episode. However, we love Fabien Frankel in this role. Don’t be dicks!
“Rhaenyra the Cruel” was written by Sara Hess and directed by Claire Kilner. It stars Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, Olivia Cooke, Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, Fabien Frankel, Matthew Needham, Sonoya Mizuno, Tom Glynn-Carney, Ewan Mitchell, Phia Saban, Harry Collett, Bethany Antonia, Abubaker Salim, Clinton Liberty, Kieran Bew, Luke Tittensor, and Elliott Tittensor.

She wishes desperately the binge model of tv watching would die, but still gets mad when she runs out of episodes of tv to watch.
