This week on Rookie Pirate Radio, Jon Negroni (me) and Travis Hymas set out to answer that question and then some with a full tier list for every major One Piece villain in the story thus far. Fair warning, we do spoil the One Piece manga all the way up to the latest chapter at the time of this recording (1086). Also, we establish a few ground rules at the outset, like what separates a One Piece villain from a henchman, how we resolve ranking disputes, and the basic criteria for our decision-making.
